1. Secure Checkout & Payment
At Stellix, we want every purchase to be straightforward, convenient, and secure. We understand that customers need confidence when entering payment details online, so we use established payment processing services and reasonable security measures to help protect payment-related information during checkout.
Our payment process currently supports purchases from our women’s bag collection, including tote bags and shoulder bags, as well as any additional product categories that may be introduced to the Stellix store in the future.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
To make your shopping experience as convenient as possible, we currently accept payments through PayPal. Available payment options will be displayed at checkout.
Any additional payment methods introduced by Stellix in the future will also be made available through the checkout system and clearly displayed to customers before an order is completed.
At present, Stellix does not accept Cash on Delivery (COD), personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers unless such an option is specifically added and displayed on our website.
3. Currency & Pricing
All prices displayed on the Stellix website are shown in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
We aim to keep product pricing clear and straightforward. Where applicable, shipping charges, taxes, or other applicable fees will be shown during the checkout process before you submit your order.
The final total presented at checkout reflects the amount applicable to your order based on the products, delivery details, and charges associated with the purchase.
4. Payment Authorization & Order Processing
When you place an order with Stellix, your selected payment method may go through an authorization or verification process.
An order can move forward for processing once the required payment authorization has been successfully completed.
If a payment is declined, unsuccessful, or cannot be authorized, Stellix may be unable to process the order. In such cases, you may be asked to use another payment method available through our checkout.
We reserve the right to delay, decline, or cancel an order when payment cannot be successfully authorized, verified, or completed.
